Question 1

How much does junk removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Most jobs are priced by how much space your items take up in the truck, from a minimum pickup up to a full load. Heavy material like concrete, dirt and roofing is priced by weight instead. We confirm the exact price on site before anything is loaded.

Question 2

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If the items are outside, in an unlocked garage or accessible with a gate code, we can handle it and send you photos when we're done. Payment can be handled over the phone.

Question 3

How fast can you get here?

Accepted Answer

We offer fast scheduling, and same-week availability may be available. Send photos or call 720-743-6601 for current availability.

Question 4

What won't you take?

Accepted Answer

Hazardous waste, wet paint, solvents, asbestos, medical waste and propane tanks. Tires, batteries and some electronics need special handling — mention them and we'll route them correctly.

Question 5

Do you donate or recycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anything still usable goes to a donation center, metal goes to a recycler, and green waste goes to composting when possible. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station.

Question 6

Can contractors and property managers request service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send the job details, access information and photos so we can quote the work and confirm current scheduling availability.

Question 7

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Erie, Frederick, Dacono, Longmont, Firestone, Broomfield and Thornton, plus the surrounding communities in Boulder, Weld and Denver counties. If you're just outside the list, call and ask.
