Quotes are estimates based on the details and photos you provide. Ordinary junk removal is priced by volume or load size. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete and roofing may be priced by weight and disposal requirements. Final pricing is confirmed on site once we can see the actual work.

Scheduling depends on crew and equipment availability. If your plans change, contact us as early as you can so we can release the time slot.

Some materials, including hazardous waste, cannot be accepted. If we identify such items on site, we will let you know and leave them in place.

Payment is due as agreed for the job. Any deposits and balances are shown on your quote or invoice.
